1. General Policy

All fees paid towards admission, enrolment, certification, research programmes, consultancy, or other academic services are subject to the terms stated on this page.

2. Refund & Cancellation

Once admission, enrolment, course access, academic services or programme processing has commenced, the applicable fee is generally non-refundable.

3. Course Access & Academic Services

Fees cover academic resources, programme administration, assessment, certification and related services. Refund requests cannot be made merely because a student chooses not to continue after enrolment or after access has been provided.

4. Installment Payments

Where a programme has been approved for payment in installments, each installment represents part of the agreed programme fee. Non-payment of subsequent installments may result in temporary suspension or withdrawal of academic access.

5. Exceptional Cases

Any exceptional refund request will be considered individually by the College administration. Approval of any refund is at the discretion of the College and may be subject to applicable administrative deductions.

6. Refund Request

A refund request, where applicable, must be submitted in writing through the official communication channel of the College, mentioning the student’s name, programme and reason for the request.

7. Final Decision

The decision of the College administration regarding cancellation, refund eligibility and applicable deductions shall be considered final, subject to applicable law.
